Pranav joined Lodha in 2007, and led the expansion into London in 2013, when he became Co-CEO of Lodha. Pranav obtained an MA in Management from Stanford University and has a bachelor's degree in technology from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi.
Gabriel is the Co-CEO of Lodha, which he has co-led since 2014. He earned an MA in Arabic from Oxford University and an MBA from London Business School. He spent his early career in the Boston Consulting Group and the British Army.
Jo joined Lodha in 2021, with extensive experience of HR for retail, media, music and hospitality. She was Head of HR at Caprice Holdings and The Birley Clubs, a collection of top restaurants and members’ clubs, including Sexy Fish, Scott’s and Annabel's. Jo earned a BA (Hons) in English Literature & Language from the University of Leeds, and a MCIPD. She is working towards an ICF Credential. Jo enjoys music, art and theatre.
Ab joined Lodha in 2016 and is Chief Finance Officer. After studying PPE at Oxford University, he spent 16 years in banking, with JP Morgan, Société Générale, RBS and Lloyds. His finance expertise includes real estate, projects, estate, export and leverage. Ab worked on development financing for Islington Square and the Shell Centre, and the acquisition of the HSBC Tower at Canary Wharf. Ab speaks Bengali and intermediate Italian.
At Lodha, Patrick focuses on robust treasury management and financial control for all projects. Previously, Patrick worked at The Berkeley Group on FTSE and board reporting, with financial control of three sites. While in Deloitte’s audit department, Patrick qualified as an FCA. He holds a BA in Business Economics and an MSc in Financial Analysis and Fund Management from the University of Exeter.
Pankaj joined Lodha in 2007, providing expertise in accounts, tax and compliance. His vast experience in the real estate industry includes accounts, tax, budgeting, contractors payment processing and MIS. He was Lodha’s FICO core team member of SAP implementation for enterprise resource planning. He handled accounts and MIS for joint ventures with HIREF and ICICI. Pankaj earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Rajasthan and completed a chartered accountancy course.
Brett joined Lodha in 2014, and leads the planning team. His 20 years’ experience in planning and development in Central and Outer London includes large-scale residential and mixed-use developments such as Lots Road Power Station, The Wharves Deptford and Fulham Riverside. He was also formerly on the Board of the Westminster Property Association. Brett enjoys rugby, cricket, hiking and spending time with his sons.
Martin joined Lodha in 2015 and managed the No.1 Grosvenor Square project from planning through to construction. He previously worked on GVA’s Planning and Development team. There, he advised developers and landowners on a range of large-scale residential, commercial and mixed-use developments in Central London and beyond. This included South Quay Plaza for Berkeley Group and Glengall Quay in Canary Wharf for Tameric Investments. Martin enjoys cycling and spending time with his young son.
Michael joined Lodha in 2019, bringing 15 years of experience delivering and managing complex projects in Canada, Australia and the United States. He delivered the Bloomberg European HQ and worked with Sir Robert McAlpine on The Peninsula London hotel. Michael studied civil engineering at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts, on an ice hockey scholarship. Michael still likes playing ice hockey and enjoys spending time with his family.
Parvej joined Lodha Group’s Strategy team in 2008 and is now the project lead for Holland Park Gate. He moved to Lodha in 2014, working in project management, finance, accounts and commercials. Previously, Parvej was a software engineer at Infosys. He studied electronics engineering at DBCRUST (Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology) in Murthal, India and earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
Chirag is a Senior Manager in Lodha’s Architecture team. He graduated from Sir JJ College of Architecture in Mumbai, then worked with Rajiv Saini before establishing Studio Kinesis. He worked with DDG on projects in the US, China and Turkey. Chirag gained a LEED accreditation and also worked at STUP Consultants in Mumbai. His mathematical artworks and papers have been published at international Bridges conferences.
Emily joined Lodha in 2018, after nine years at PDP London. There, she worked on residential, office and retail projects, and both new and heritage buildings, in complex Central London locations. Recently, Emily has focused on prime residential interiors, working on Phase II of Chelsea Barracks, a prime mixed-use development, and an award-winning affordable residential development for Dolphin Living. Away from the office, Emily enjoys running and painting.
Tom is a Chartered Surveyor with over 14 years of experience in the prime and super-prime Central London property market. Tom was previously responsible for sales at Native Land’s flagship residential developments, including Holland Park Villas and the record-breaking Edinburgh St James, the city’s first super-prime residential and mixed-use scheme. Tom heads up Lodha’s sales and has overseen over £1.5 billion of sales transactions at Holland Park Gate, No.1 Grosvenor Square, and Lincoln Square.
Eva joined Lodha in 2017, bringing experience in UK real estate, immigration, and e-commerce for luxury brands. In 2012, she worked in Savills’ International Residential Department and Commercial Office Leasing Department. Later, she worked in immigration, helping European developers expand in mainland China. Eva earned an MSc in Strategic Marketing from Cranfield University. In her spare time she loves meditation, oil painting, snowboarding, feng shui theory and reading books.
Aude joined Lodha in 2018, after five years in Paris in the luxury branding sector, working for L’Oréal, LVMH and L'Occitane Paris. She oversees the marketing strategy & brand planning of Lodha including the brand image development, product development, PR, marketing collaterals, partnerships & events. Aude earned a Masters in Marketing & Communication from Université Paris Dauphine.
Dainan joined Lodha in 2017. She oversees the digital ecosystem, including websites, app, and social media, to ensure a consistently effective digital marketing funnel. She also specialises in London residential property marketing strategies for investors from Greater China. Dainan earned a Masters in Media & Public Relations from Newcastle University. She developed her early marketing career at WPP China and Guangzhou Broadcasting Network.
Idha joined Lodha in 2019, after four years of experience opening high-end residential buildings in London. She managed large customer relations teams in the luxury hotel market, before specialising in bespoke services for HNW clients. Idha’s first degree was in musical theatre, and she has worked as an artist across Europe. She completed her second degree in Hotel Management at Les Roches Marbella. Idha has a strong passion for yoga.
Jodie joined Lodha bringing a total of 10 years’ experience in the property industry. Jodie previously worked for Savills, covering prime and super-prime central London, after starting her property career in 2013. At the beginning of her career, Jodie worked at an independent agency, during which time she gained her ARLA qualification. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga and travelling.
Blandine de Navacelle is the Creative Director at Lodha and Studio Lodha. Her career includes a tenure at LVMH, where she managed communications for Champagne Krug and Ruinart. A Normandy native with a rich background in luxury marketing and design, she brings a deep understanding of luxury culture to her role. With her team, Blandine focuses on high-net-worth clients, oversees design projects, and upholds brand integrity. Her move to London and role evolution at Lodha reflect her commitment to excellence in luxury living spaces.
