Lodha Property Management – Redress Scheme Details
The Property Management team strives to provide a high standard of service to all Landlords and Tenants. If you encounter any issues or concerns, we encourage you to reach out to the team without hesitation. Our aim is to address and resolve complaints promptly and efficiently. Upon receiving your complaint, we commit to responding within 15 working days.
Should you find our initial response unsatisfactory or if the issue persists, we kindly ask you to escalate the matter by writing to our Director of Sales, Tom Clabburn (tom.clabburn@lodhagroup.com), who will undertake a thorough investigation into the matter. Our goal is to conclude this investigation within 20 working days, during which we will carefully examine the circumstances.
Once the investigation is complete, we will provide you with a copy of our final conclusion. If the outcome does not meet your expectations and you remain dissatisfied, you have the option to refer the matter to Property Redress. This impartial body can review the situation independently.
